This is my new channel I could not pass the videos or recover my previous account I will be sharing previous recipes and more recipes with OATS and flours like; rice, chickpea, oats, flaxseed, quinoa, rye, coconut, almonds, corn, cornstarch and more. I like to experiment I am not original or professional I just LIKE SHARING IDEAS. I am a Mexican mom I love all desserts EAT EVERYTHING although the recipes can be modified and make a little healthy I hope you like it, I am passionate about desserts and eat everything with flour or without flour but this space is created for recipes a little healthier when you want to eat something healthy I will be sharing recipes with flours mentioned if you like the content I invite you to stay activate the bell and subscribe
