Oda is one of the most beautiful written natural characters, He did tons of fucked up things but when he met tachibana he see the light, a turning point but he couldn't run away from his past being doomed with fate where he has no choice but clear his sins with more blood until the end as he failed he accept it and took the fall. no plot armor no redemption just a tragedy and brutal truth of reality

Coming back here after seeing in IW, Kiryu actually reflects back on Oda and straight up talks about how much of an asshole he was lol.

Oda deserved this. He fs had it coming.
