I’m doing an article on films based on Ray Bradbury’s works so that’s how I ended up here. This was really touching and delightful. I enjoyed it immensely.

Lovely story.  I love how Bradbury could be so bizarre and heartwarming at the same time.

The ending is both sad and sweet. Still get teared up seeing it

I kinda love the vintage sound of the slightly warped vhs tape. heard lots about this movie & was a big fan of "I sing the body electric"

I've seen this movie a long time ago on German TV, must have been the beginning Eighties when I was a kid. And then it was never shown again. Thanks goodness I found it here and can understand it in English language as well! Let's see if I still cry when I watch it now. Thank you fryloc359 for uploading!

I used to own this movie when I was a kid...it had such a positive message but the movie always made me bawl my eyes out...a very sweet and touching movie :)
