For all the ppl complaining about the autoship. Ive been on Ryze for almost 2 yrs. You can go into your account and adjust or turn it off. I usually buy 2 bags at a time. I adjust my autoship as i need too.

I tried using the mushroom cocoa for sleep. I tried up to three times the amount. A particular brand and it got me to sleep for two nights in a row and that’s it. I tried hot. I tried to called. I tried to scoop. I tried three Times the amount. It never worked again

I like the mushroom coffee and have felt good results from it. What I didn't like was the automatic monthly subscription, I did not notice it when I signed up either and the cost jumps to $36.

I hated it when I tried it. Taste, smell, and the company signed me up for a monthly subscription without asking. I was not happy. Happy to hear your health is improving though!

Hi Peggy does it taste of mushrooms? I once had a mushroom tea and it put me off eating mushrooms and tea. Glad its helping your health.️
