Kristin Alfonso great acting. When are lost Mt son or daughter devastating. I never got over it you learn to move on and I now have a daughter. Great acting.

It may be just a soap opera but when I watched this episode back then, I cried. It was so sad.

it still gets me everytime. Kristian Alfonso and Peter Reckell did an OUTSTANDING job throughout all of these scenes.

This episode was very sad and heartbreaking. Bo and Hope should have won an Emmy .

Bo should have gotten an Emmy for this as the Best Supporting Actor. ! The way Bo held onto Hope was phenomenal ! As it sunk in Bo wasn't letting her go.

The actors that play Hope and Bo did a amazing job!! Really showed there acting abilities!! SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!

When Zack died, I cried. Especially when Hope lost it. It hurt my heart so bad. Their pain seemed so real.

As a Mommy to a little boy myself, I cannot even imagine. Outstanding acting.

How Kristian Alfonso did not win an Emmy for this I do not know. This rips your heart out.

It is so sad, Zack just died 2 or 3 weeks ago here in Sweden. R.I.P Zack :(

This was so raw. Love Bo and Hope

Transplant stories have been been done so many times in soap operas but this one is one of the ones that stands out and seems to have some real thought and heart put into it. The actors all pour their hearts and souls into this and the story is more realistic, so it strikes a chord.
