He works to his strengths and can mix it up with the best in the world.... The guys who think he is lazy or does not train hard enough know nothing about fighters.... I have been around great fighters that look like Roy forever.

I love this guy Roy Nelson... Im not a huge MMA fan, but to see this guy that can put away cheese burgers like nothing be able to school some buffed up arrogant punk makes average people feel good about themselves.... how can anyone not cheer for this guy??
