I appreciate the time you took to type in the prices and stayed on one topic: Christmas decorations. The only bad thing was the music which got to be irritating and I turned down the volume by the time I got to the gnomes. Otherwise excellent job.

I was anxious to see what Ollie's has but I think you over-did-it in handling just about every piece of merchandise; and always showing the backsides of them. It was annoying. Many items didn't need to be picked-up. They were what everyone knows about. It was taking up too much time doing that and not necessary.
