It was a private piece of entertainment furniture. An uninvited stranger just trespassed and stole use of that item when asked not to use it. Seeing how it is for private use only, this case of a dead Kyle is nothing sort of self inflicted. These guys needed to worry not but a thing.

I just like how Roger, Haley, Jeff, & Klaus were all genuinely having fun together at the water park :)

The way Roger rocketed down the slide reminds me of Peter falling down the new stairs
