friend had dropped blower and now it runs continuously. Need to pull batt to stop. trigger seems to work fine. no visible damage. Before I tear apart, could it possibly be the battery? Or board??

Just got one cheap, no battery. Opened it up in order to reach the battery contacts and applied 40 volts using jumper wires. It blew hard for a few seconds hen shut down and a green LED on the circuit board blinked several times. Repeated each time I pulled the trigger. I noticed a third wire, blue in color, smaller gauge, going from the battery connector to the circuit board. I have nothing attached to this position and don’t know what it is for. Any suggestions?

I love my Kobalt 40V battery leaf blower. I am ending my second season and it's Fall time to remove the leaves. The other day when I was done I noticed I could not get the battery out. I have tried and tried without being reckless. Need some good advice please!!! Thanks!

I have the exact same blower and nothing when I puked trigger. I got it half way apart I could hear rattling, turned upside down and that is what came out. I have no idea where it goes. Should I take it down to the bare miss and bolts or do you know

Currently working on a trigger problem. Maybe 20 full charges and it just stopped working. Not the best electric blower in my opinion.

mine broke the fan.. sucked something in it and waiyla plastic blades everywhere trying to get a replacement fan because I love my 80vmax kobalt .
