Our channel is a delightful fusion of two passions: cooking and storytelling. We believe that every dish has a story to tell, and every story can be beautifully served on a plate. I do hope my college professor from Hospitality school, Mr. Gomez is proud of me! I can hear him say that I am cooking like my grandmother which is the biggest honor - as she cooked with so much love -fueled by her knack for cooking and when you bite into her food..you'd close your eyes as you savored each bite - so delicious.
