I believe it was a muslim brother from Dubai saying, "If you look at any African nation. Let's take Nigeria or any surrounding country. They have oil,diamonds,rare earth minerals etc. In Dubai what do we have? Basically nothing. But we have leaders that care about it's people. If an African country has leaders that care directly about its people. They would have wealth unimaginable." Long live Ibrahim Traorè!!!!!!!
