I am an ADMU fan but my respect to Marano is just over the roof. She's great. I hope she'll play as an opposite hitter sometimes because I like her versatility. Great job Tiyang Abby!

Aby was an open spiker before she was converted to a middle blocker. But it's her dream to play opposite. Her blocks would be highly efficient in that position and so will her running attacks.

It is really smart to put a tall, or experienced middle blocker in the opposite like Tolentino, Aby, Phillips, Maizo, Dy, etc. They are intimidating and could give the opponent's open spiker a hard time.

Yes possible effective in front line but in backrow only in defense.. not enough for international level. But good in opposite, setter substitute play.
