It would take less than what most people think. Pierre-Luc Dubois was traded to the Los Angeles Kings by the Winnipeg Jets on June 27 for forwards Gabriel Vilardi, Alex Iafallo, and Rasmus Kupari, and a second-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft. In that trade WPG traded the #3 pick, the best player in the trade... and came out winning the trade!
