Only setsuna and graham can pilot a flag and defeat a machine that using GN drive without a GN drive mobile suits.

It all comes full circle huh. Setsuna uses regular Flag with sharper sword while Graham uses Exia with OO Qan T parts.

The main definition of tactics and skills. Using an outdated mobile suit against an advanced one and win goes to show what an ace pilot can do.

Outside of the fact that he is using GN Weaponry to bridge the gap, his suit is such an antique that it never should have been brought into this fight. The terrorists are piloting GN-XIII which perform better than the 3rd generation gundams (that could kick the shit out of these Flags). It's essentially like Setsuna showed up to a warzone in a dune buggy.
