tips: you want xueyi to be doing the most toughness damage, not teammates. So, instead dont start with ruan mei technique, so you can cast silverwolf skill and ult without it doing unneccesary toughness dmg.

Is she better or worse with Ruan mei? The added BE stat is nice but it makes her teammates steal her break more thus having less charge for her if the boss is low on the break gauge, also delaying recovery also makes her gain less charge.
