Sister, one suggestion for you is not to use metal spoon on these type of pots because they will cause the coating to slow come off and get into your food. Obviously the pot will be damaged but worst, you will be consuming those coating over a period. Wooden spoons are the best one's in this case. Jazak Allah Khair for the recipe. Looks delicious!
