How do you move/rotate the D1, R1, C1 etc component labels in PCB layout? Rotate and arrange them to make sense? Should be the most elementary thing, but I tell you a number of features on this software are ridiculous and non-intuitive.

You can use the Autorouter function in eagle, it will connect all the tracks to their corresponding holes automatically
