For me this song is about a woman who's been used as the therapist by her partner, they were only there because she listened to their vents, they wanted somebody else but couldn't get them so they settled for her.

Pretty sure the song is about a housewife who wants to be loved by her husband romantically but instead she’s only used for sex and chores. Her husband even thinks about somebody else when he’s having sex with her, and she wishes he cared and thought about her instead of neglecting her emotions.
