A Beer Drinking, Hell Raising, Gravel Slinging Good Time is what you can expect at a Jawga Boyz show. These Athens, GA boyz celebrate the redneck way of life through their dirty south beats and country twang style that puts the redneck rappers in a league of their own. The group originally formed in 2003, and consist of founding members D. Thrash, & Dez, who have teamed up with guitarist Chuck "Collard Green" Lambert, drummer Chris Hood, hype-man "BoonDock", and DJ "Cornbread". "We were influenced by the trailblazers of southern rap like Rehab, Outkast, and Bubba Sparxxx. The Jawga Boyz are now a Youtube phenomenon with over 100 million views on their Jawgaboyz channel with videos for "Chillin In The Backwoods", "Rollin Like a Redneck", "MudJug (Dip In My Lip)", and the fan favorite "Ridin High". All of their songs, can be found everywhere online.

Makes me miss back home in southeast NC. Sad cause the last time I was there it was for my favorite uncle's funeral. The uncle that taught me how to hunt, ride dirt bikes, gave me my first beer. Good song.
