What fuse tap did tapped in the fuse box? Fuse tap color,number on fuse tap, block# that you tapped in?

I have a pioneer head unit as well. I tapped into the brown wire with yellow stripe, ran that to the purple reverse light, but when I switch into reverse, the camera doesn't power on. Do I have to connect the black and red wires to anything?
